At Kids Time Pediatrics, we understand the worry and stress that comes with a sick or injured child, and we know that you want to receive care as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer after-hours care at six different locations throughout the metro Atlanta area. We have offices in Alpharetta, East Cobb, Lawrenceville, Fayetteville, Sandy Springs and Stockbridge, GA, so you can choose the most convenient location for you.
Each office is staffed with board-certified, local physicians who provide care for a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries. If your child is facing an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room!

What to Bring When You Visit
So that our team can register you, please download, print and fill out the forms below and bring them with you on your first visit. In addition, for every visit, please bring your insurance card, photo ID and a payment method to cover your co-payment and/or deductible.
Our Insurance Guidelines
Payment for a child’s visit is the guardian’s responsibility, regardless of your insurance policies. However, for your convenience, we will file your insurance claims on your behalf, as long as you provide a proof of insurance. However, if your insurance company does not cover the claim, you are required to make the payment.
Insurance Providers We are In-Network With:
For patients without insurance, we offer a special rate for payment at the time of service. Contact your local office for information.
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Coventry Network
- United Health Care
Select offices also accept Medicaid (including Amerigroup, PeachState and Wellcare) and TriCare, which requires a referral. Call the nearest office to verify if they accept Medicaid and/or TriCare.
We will provide your insurance company with all of the information they need to process your claim. If you would like a copy of your claim, a record of payment, etc., we charge an administrative fee of $15.00 per request. The fee must be paid before the request is completed, and this is not covered by your insurance company.
